Tracking technologies

Tracking technologies are various methods and tools used to monitor users' behavior and activities on the Internet, with the aim of further improving the website for the user. This includes collecting, storing and analyzing data on how users interact with websites and online services. The most common tracking technologies include:


a) Cookies are small text files that are stored locally when visiting a website on the computer of the user. The text files store data about the behavior of the user. If the user visits the website again, the locally stored text file, from the same web server from which it was created, can also be read again to use the information to perform analyzes and statistical evaluations.


b) Pixel-Tags (web beacons) are tiny, invisible images embedded on a webpage or in an Email to track when the user has visited the page or opened the Email.


c) Browser-Fingerprinting is a method of collecting various information about a user's web browser and device to uniquely identify them.


d) Cross-device tracking uses techniques to track the behavior of a user on different devices and platforms (e. g. smartphone, tablet, desktop).


e) Server-Logs are files that are stored on the server of a website and contain information about access to the website, such as IP addresses, timestamps and requested pages.


The eAs refrains from using tracking technologies on their website.

Data processing of eAs

The only processing of personal data on our part occurred through sending an Email to eAs or calling the contact person of eAs. The transmitted personal data (last name, first name, Email address and/or phone number, address data) are used exclusively for the communication between the user and eAs.

Data transfer to a third country

By visiting our website you are in Switzerland and thus in a third country. As soon as you contact us, we process and store your data as described in this document in accordance with the FADP and all other applicable laws. A transfer of your personal data on our part to another third country (states outside the European Union or the European Economic Area) does not take place.

Transfer of personal data within eAs

If required, your personal data will only be passed on within the eAs to be able to answer your request efficiently. A transfer or sale of your personal data to third parties is excluded.

Your rights

You as a user of our website has the right of access about the processing of your personal data according to article 25 FADP.


You have the right to issue your personal data, in a standard electronic format, if the processing of the data is automated (data output and data transfer) according to article 28 FADP.


You have the right to rectification of your inaccurate personal data according to article 32 paragraph 1 FADP.


You have the right of lawsuit to prohibit of a certain data processing your personal data for the protection of your personality according to article 32 paragraph 2 letter a FADP in consideration of article 28, 28a and 28g - 28l Swiss Civil Code.


You have the legal right to prohibit a certain disclosure of personal data to third parties by legal action based on article 32 paragraph 2 letter b FADP.


You have the right to sue for the deletion or destruction of your personal data according to article 32 paragraph 2 letter c FADP under certain circumstances.


You have the right to raise a notation if neither the accuracy nor the inaccuracy of the personal data in question can be established according to article 32 paragraph 3 FADP.


You have the right of notification or publication of the judgment to third parties in case of correction, deletion or destruction of personal data, prohibition of processing or disclosure to third parties, as well as the note indicating the objection based on article 32 paragraph 4 FADP.
